The word headers makes me assume you have a NA, which they do not have pre-cats. The pre-cats on the TT are attached downstream of the turbos. The length of the piping that the main cats are welded onto, the test pipes, are the same length for 2+0 and 2+2. Whether NA or TT, the main cats welded onto the test pipes are the ones you'll need to pass, provided nothing else on your Z is increasing emissions. I have heard some Zs pass the sniffer test without any catalytic converters, visual inspection is another matter...
